UTF-8 and self_html@string

Hi,

I'm working to use the modern UTF8 charset for my project files. But
there is some trouble with Wcl module.
I think that some API are a bit aggressive for UTF8 like
self_html@string.

Is anybody have worked to transform this API to be UTF8 compliant ?

I will try to change it tomorrow, and post my suggestions.

Hi Xavier,

Since o240 (octal) uses 8 bits, probably the transformation ' ' to
'\240' should be replaced by the UTF-8 compliant  

Haven't verify yet but there is probably other method or kernel
function using o240...
