Thank you very much for the latest release!

It has solved many problems for me, I have however found a new bug / needed feature:

If you try to open pdfs by using download links (I assume these are links that instruct the browser that a file should be downloaded, not just viewed/opened) a small dialog window with Cancel / OK will be displayed for about half a second and then disappear, no file is downloaded or opened.

This is easy to test in Gmail, I've also tried in another webmail client and in Yahoo Mail. Just open a mail with a PDF attachment and try to use the download link. (In Gmail this isn't really a problem since Google has their own web pdf-viewer, but in other clients it is  a problem). The behaviour is the same in 4.3 and 4.9.

I assume PDFs served for download have the wrong mimetype.

Tbh I think I've ignored quite a serious bug. If you click say
"webc-4.9.img" on http://download.webconverger.org/ the file actually
does download to /tmp without showing a prompt.

This is a big todo fix for the end of the week.

Thanks for your mail!

Was this fixed in 5.1?

Thanks

Sorry I have not fixed this download issue yet.

I've been concentrating on adjusting the extension for Firefox 3.5
which has some differences with 3.0.x.

Tbh I still have not quite figured out how to do this. If you could
propose some extension code, I'll likely to accept it into the
project.

Kind regards,
