Hi,
Is there a way to set dns-server in boot options (in static ip
configuration)?
Thanks!

Webc used to "find" the DNS before, though last time I tried setting a
static IP I ran into the DNS server being unset, as you described.

I need to track this bug down.

Kind regards,

Hi,

Is there any news on this? I'm testing Webconverger in a school where
the Internet provider recommend them to manually set the DNS server
address. If they don't do that the connection to Internets gets lost.
Is there a way of setting the preferred and alternate DNS server
address using a boot parameter or a configuration file needs to be
modified?

Thanks,

I found a solution. I changed the DNS parameters on the router
provided by the ISP. Problem solved.
