Is there a simple way to upgrade old webby projects that pre-date the
Sitefile? I've upgraded two so far by creating new project folders
and copying files over, but this loses my Subversion history. I
figured there's a saner way to do it.

Alas, there is no easy script to upgrade a site ... and the little one
just started crying after getting walloped by his big brother. No
fear! Mom is on the case!

Anyway, I believe there are some instructions on how to migrate in the
release notes for 0.9.0

http://webby.rubyforge.org/release-notes/rel-0-9-0/

I hope that helps a little bit.

Thanks, Tim. That tidbit definitely would've helped, but I missed it
in my searching around. Anyway, I just generated a new project and
copied over content, etc. and tweaked until I had a new working
project. Wasn't quite as painful as I feared it might be. I do like
the new rake-less direction you've taken with webby.

Speaking of which, does webby support a ~/.webbyrc for so I can add --
no-web-server as a default flag? I do all my development with
passenger these days.

Webby does not have a .webbyrc file. However, patches are welcome if
you choose to implement such a feature :)
