Periodically during autobuild, Webby starts generating some strange  
indices:

        create  output/blog/2006/07/index2222222.html
        create  output/blog/2006/07/index22222222.html
        create  output/blog/2006/07/index22222223.html

What seems to be happening is that Webby is generating a new  
index.html and then paginating it to make index2.html, but somehow, it  
gets confused and thinks that index2.html is the first one and  
index22.html is the next one and they're missing. Seems to happen  
randomly other than that—not in the same directories.

Any ideas what's going on here?
