[webanywhere-dev] Fixed: IE shift and visual highlighting bugs

Hey there,

I checked in changes to index.php, scripts/interface/interface.js and
scripts/utils/utils.js that I think fix the shifting that was
happening in IE and the visual highlighter seems to be working again.

Let me know if the visual highlighter doesn't work on your system or
if I have introduced new problems. I'm also hoping that the IE
shifting bug is fixed. Initial testing on IE8/Win, Chrome/Win, FF/Win,
Webkit/Mac and FF/Mac seem to indicate things are ok. I have not
tested on IE6.
