New version of web4j published today

Version 4.3 of web4j is now available.

The most important aspect of this release is better support for
implementing Data Ownership Constraints:
http://www.web4j.com/UserGuide.jsp#DataOwnershipConstraints

In addition, there is now a second example application, named
Predictions. This app demonstrates data ownership constraints. It also
uses a captcha mechanism.
