here is what you can do:

OUTREACH
- talk about it
- help us make a better web page (change css and improve test)
- help us improve the look and feel of the admin app (possibly css
only)

DOCS and TESTS
- help us complete the Sphinx documentation look into web2py/doc and
web2py/applications/examples/static/sphinx
- write more tests (gluon/tests/) for existing functionality.

ADD FEATURES
- merge the crud.select with the t2.itemize and improve it (to allow
queries and multi-table)
- create a gluon/contrib/login_methods/cas_login.py modeled after
gluon/contrib/login_methods/gae_google_account.py but that implements
CAS login (from the cas appliance)
- create a gluon/contrib/login_methods/google_login.py to login using
google openid
- create a validator+widgets to handle joins

BUILD APPS
- build and release open source app
- in particular create a decent wiki with version control
- create a collaborative site where users can post applications, code
snippets, comments their profile, rate each other, rate the posted
apps. Include the pyforum app.

BUILD A PLUGIN SYSTEM
- develop a minimal protocol for plugins (i.e. distribution of sub-
apps and can be plugged in into an existing app and will be
recognized). No code. Just a protocol.
- merge kpax and T3 and make them a collection of plugins as described
by the protocol above.

I am currently building an accounting system for companies. This could
be used as a foundation to develop more financial applications. Likely
delivery end of the year.
Your release of spreadsheet is proving very useful, eventhough I am
encountering similar difficulties to some people on the mailing list,
re being able to select the result from a cell in a list.

Fabulous application. I struggled with turbogears (which is superbe
framework for experienced programmers), and was able to take-off with
Web2py.
