I would say that anyone that fully understands this appliance
internals should be able to do pretty much everything that web2py can
do.

Enjoy!
There are some tricks in there. One of the tricks allows this
appliance to work only for 4 years. After that you have to update all
your records.
I let you figure it out. ;-)

Now i'm thinking that there may be a variable in helper_timesince that
gets over its bounds after 4 years...

Empty __init__.py, and controllers/default.py doesn't work as a main
script.

Are you sure this isn't missing anything?
