Fatal error: Class 'PDO' not found

When I submit form, I see

Fatal error: Class 'PDO' not found in /home/sirsoftc/public_html/
_mpiasta/form/objects/class.da tabase.php on line 21

And right before that, it said:

Could not find wff_misc.php. For some reason, the form file looked
like :

include_once("../configuration .php");

I can not seem to get this to work

I have downloaded and saved the package that was created for me by
WFF. I see all the folders and files once extracted. This is what I
did next. Now keep in mind I am no IIS guru.

Not sure if this will solve your issue but I noticed two problems with
your code. I believe you should be using "s and not 's -- maybe 's
work but I've always used "s. Also there should be a space before
the / at the end of the tag: name="submit" /> not name="submit"/>

I agree. I am having a difficult time getting the setup to work.
And the video tutorial is for a local host. I would recommend that
you show how it is done to a live remote site.

Submit Button Error

Everytime I try and submit my html files, I get the following errors:

1. Error missing attribute 'type'
<input type='submit' value='submit' name='submit'/>:

2. Error
form is missing a submit button

The thing is, I am using the code strait from the WFF site.

Got it to work through trial and error. The example it gives uses a
"/" in front of the folder name, but what ended up working is
"plugins/" -- I don't understand why this isn't made default. When you
upload the data the plugins folder is automatically in the same folder
as configuration.php. I don't know why someone would move it, so why

Alright forget it -- deleted and re-downloaded everything.
Now I'm getting a different error: "Base64 plugin file (plugins/
plugin.base64.php) is missing" -- this isn't true, that file is
there, right where I told it it would be. This is driving me nuts. I
don't know how to get it to recognize the file.

Got the following error when trying to run the POG setup:

Fatal error: Method survey::__get() must take exactly 1 argument in /

I don't know what the hell that means! All I see on line 103 is a }
-- not sure what to do with it, or what an "argument" is.

Instruction for Email form NOT Database form?

Process of submitting .html files (form and thank you) and then
downloading, installing is database oriented. Can better instruction
be posted (alternate) process for installation for email forms not
database?

For instance there is no setup etc. option with a email form .zip
download.

Hi Guys
As a 50 year old newbie, I'm really struggling here.
I can get my head around html, but php etc is all new to me!

I can't seem to solve my PDF/safari problem...

I use webforms to create/modify pdfs online. Now when I go to click on
the links to the ones I have created it simply downloads
"loadform.php" to my downloads folder instead of opening the link in

I'm using form to email.
In the email sent, how could i get the <label></label> tags instead of
the input name?

So the email reads:
First name: John
Last name: Smith

instead of:
fn2: John
ln2: Smith

In the html form, usual label input pair :

<label for="fn2">First name</label>

I don't understand what causes the thank you page to load on submit.
I'd like to be able to load it in a new window, or not load it at all,
or redirect to a page on the site. Is this possible?
