 =95  GSM/GPRS RLC, MAC, LLC LAPDm, SNDCP knowledge bonus
 =95  GSM RR knowledge (Experience in dual mode stack is a bonus)
 =95  UMTS control plane L2 - RLC/MAC knowledge
 =95  UMTS data plane knowledge PDCP, BMC
