Also, our Summer Program registration has officially begun! If you know
someone with a disability who would love the chance to learn cycling
skills, please let me know!
Programs to Educate All Cyclists (PEAC) is officially registering families
for its 2012 summer program! PEAC empowers individuals with disabilities
through cycling in order to enrich lives by increasing community access,
fostering social involvement and promoting healthy lifestyles. We believe
that Everyone Can Ride!
All summer sites are staffed with PEAC certified instructors and tailors
the curriculum for students of all ages and abilities on two-wheeled
skills, community riding skills and tricycle exposure. PEAC is a 7-week
summer program that begins June 25th and ends on August 10th. We currently
have sites in Ann Arbor, Taylor, Farmington Hills and Saline. Our Ann Arbor
and Saline site are two days per week, while Taylor and Farmington Hills
will have programs once a week. You can register online for our programs at
