Subject: Great article on Safe Routes to School in Bicycling Magazine

Bicycling magazine's current issue has this excellent article on a
battle fought by one student's parents to change the Saratoga Springs,
NY Middle School policy that forbids bicycling to school.  Parts of the
story take on the character of "Are you kidding me?" Also included are
some success stories.
