I've already posted about this on line station, but since they have
sent out an official press release, here is the info again. Lots to
choose from here!

NY - September 12, 2005 - Pulver.com Radio, Inc. today announced the
formal launch of PulverRadio, the world's premier resource for Rock &
Roll culture and music. PulverRadio mixes mainstream and independent
rock music from the past 50 years in its 24/7 internet webcast, hosts
micro-sites and playable, copyright-protected song samples for unsigned
bands in its artist directory, allows users to build their own play
lists of music and share them with friends, and provides location-based
concert listing information for registered users. PulverRadio also
features podcasts of unique, live in-studio performances by
up-and-coming artists and encourages artists to contribute their own
programming, often inviting them to host their own shows exploring
their influences and interests in the rock genre.

Broadcast Legends Help Shape Innovative Programming and Outreach To
Emerging Artists

PulverRadio has also aligned with two rock legends to bring a diversity
of high-quality music to PulverRadio's listeners. Broadcast veterans
Shadoe Stevens and David Marsden have signed on to deliver weekly shows
reflecting their profound personal experiences in the music industry
over the past few decades. Marsden and Stevens both worked
independently to shape the sound of FM radio in the 1970s, 1980s and
1990s that led to the Modern Rock and Alternative Radio formats,
bringing a diversity of music from all over the world to North American
airwaves and introduced all of us to entire musical movements such as
punk, new wave, alternative, grunge, and heavy metal.

Shadoe's "Rock The World" broadcast airs first every Monday at
3:00PM ET and repeats twice weekly, stirring together a mixed pot of
globally-sourced Rock & Roll with current and past international
breakout acts.

David Marsden's "Spirit of Radio" draws threads of influence
through rock's many sub-genres as he explores his own experiences
through your ears, starting Tuesdays at 3:00PM ET.

Both programs compliment PulverRadio's already thriving and diverse
selection of head-strong rock music selected by Program Director Mikey
McClenathan, who also hosts his own morning show on weekdays, "Mikey
Likes It".

An additional program, "k@Ff1EnE" blitzes the ears of late-night
gamers and hackers after midnight from Thursdays to Sundays and is
hosted by Guest Deejay Donni Khan. More hosted programming is coming
online monthly.

PulverRadio Places Unsigned and Independent Talent on Equal Footing
With Established Artists

"PulverRadio was created to address the disturbing lack of diversity
and creativity in modern commercial radio," said Jeff Pulver, founder
of PulverRadio. "We have set out to make ourselves unique in every
aspect of what we do."

Specifically, PulverRadio's emphasis on promoting unsigned and
independent talent shoulder-to-shoulder with popular music creates
opportunities for those artists to gain a following, and
PulverRadio's Artist Directory and Discussion Forums make that even
easier.

After successfully completing its Beta-testing and early development
phase, PulverRadio already boasts more than 10,000 unique monthly
listeners and is featuring more than 100 independent recording artists
in its Artist Directory. PulverRadio webcasts its signal on its own
globally load-balanced streaming network that distributes CD-quality
AAC and MP3 streams via PulverRadio's easy-to-use web-based player or
third-party players like iTunes and WinAmp.

PulverRadio is also pursuing syndication deals with digital radio
networks worldwide and will begin offering more pay-per-use services
such as music downloads and CD purchases in 2006.

About Pulver.com Radio, Inc. and PulverRadio (www.pulverradio.com)

PulverRadio intends to become the world's premier destination for
fans of Rock & Roll music, and was conceived and founded by serial
entrepreneur Jeff Pulver with Chief Technical Officer Ian Andrew Bell.
PulverRadio's "Raw Rock Radio" format is compelled by diversity,
and introduces its listeners and site visitors to new music from all
over the globe and across decades of great recording artists.

About Shadoe Stevens

Shadoe Stevens is best known as the first program director of
cutting-edge KROQ-FM in Los Angeles, as the host of "American Top
Forty" for six years from 1988-94, and as a recurring guest on and
the voice of "Hollywood Squares". His early career in radio drew

About David Marsden

Starting in 1978 as Program Director, David Marsden became the driving
force behind Toronto's CFNY-FM, which quickly garnered a huge
influence over the Canadian music industry and arguably became the most
influential commercial radio station in North America.

In 1988 David left Toronto to found Coast 800 in Vancouver, and in the
1990s co-founded IceBerg Media, one of the Internet's first streaming
media broadcasters.

Marsden has been honored in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame's radio wing
since 1998 and is the subject of an entire chapter of Marshal
McLuhan's book "Understanding Media".
