weekly meeting summary: two weeks left

finishing import of FEC data, pages for
donors/corproations/politicians, handshake seeker, and cleaning up the
lobbyist contributions.
Devi (away until Wednesday): Improved WYR code further to maintain
state between requests, better reporting of wyr messages. Tested
petitions, wyr thoroughly. Working on loading phone numbers
Testing things is taking lot of time and so I plan to work on unit
tests for petition/wyr, users and authentication next week after
finishing script for loading phone numbers of politicians.
Simon: Returning this week! Working on implementing UI for the FEC
parsing. Aaron will try to give him a SQL dumb of the COBOL data today
so he can focus on the UI.
Kragen: Will try to commit more hours this week and next. Dump is up
to 900MB json.gz so far.
Rebecca: Made moderate progress on about and origin of design pages,
should have something this week. Cleared out most outstanding bugs.
Will work with Simon and Aaron on FEC and handshake design.
Aaron: Going to SF tonight, may be out of touch for a few days.
Talking to a couple developers about bringing them on board.
