weekly meeting summary

Devi: Going to try to get API done tomorrow. Then will work on
unassigned bugs or C-C stuff.

Kragen: Got FEC data much faster (see
http://considerate.murch-sitaker.org/~kragen/status.20090105.html),
just need to fix bugs, make amendment handling work, and unify it with
the rest of the DB. Looks like it'll be 6GB * or / 2.

Rebecca: Focused mostly on C-C stuff. Will work on FEC a bit later.

Aaron: Lots of different projects coming up this week.

Everyone willing to step in as necessary to meet Thursday C-C deadline.
