These suggestions work great for corporate recruiters who are actually
working directly with the hiring teams. The staffing agency recruiters (especially the ones who do hit and run job posts to user groups without following the lists they are on) are simply hunting for candidates based on criteria they have been given - usually by a sales rep who sold to the hiring team person on getting their agency's help. That said, they may be working on PHP job one day or maybe for a week and then working on a Sharepoint job and a Oracle DBA job the next. -----Original Message-----
