Some of the responsibilities may include

    Innovate, Design, and code new features
    Participate in strategic decisions
    Hire other coders
    Lead intern coders
    Share Agile and SCRUM methodologies
    Standardize existing code and debug errors
    Create and execute test plans
    Document and organize database
    Design and implement CSS3, create new layouts, and fix formatting
issues
    Create landing pages for marketing
    Ensure cross-browser operability
    Code JavaScript functionality as needed

Skills & Requirements

Must Have:

    Strong web development expertise including HTML, CSS3, and
JavaScript
    Experience with databases including MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle DB, or
Access
    Familiarity with web programming including PHP, Perl, Python,
Ruby, ASP, ColdFusion, Jquery, LAMP or .NET

Really Nice to Have

    Some experience with AJAX, XML, VoIP, Telephony APIs (twilio), PBX
systems, or Content Management System (CMS) tools
    Knowledge of Amazon Web Services, cloud computing,
parallelization, hardware architecture, or version control software
    Familiarity with SCRUM and Agile Methodologies
    Photoshop experience
