AGM 21-April-2009 7pm

[Wakatipu Aero Club]

Dear Member,

You are hereby notified of the Wakatipu Aero Club's AGM. It will
commence at 19:00 on the 21st April 2009 at the WAC premises in Lucas
Place, Frankton, Queenstown. All members are invited to attend.

Any full member may stand for election to the Committee. All
candidates need to be nominated and seconded by other members.

Only full members (i.e. not Associate Members and not Junior Members)
in good standing (i.e. subscriptions paid) may vote at the AGM or
stand for election to the Committee.

Annual membership is also due for renewal after the 31st March. If you
have not allready renewed you membership this is a good opportunity.
If you wish to do this please arrive a little early to give us an
opportunity to process this.
