VUWER web site temporarily down for upgrade

To all:

The VUWER site at http://stumpy.vuse.vanderbilt.edu/VUWER.htm will be
down for a few hours while the web server hardware is upgraded. Your
VUWER installation will still work normally; you just won't be able to
access the web site.

Just a update for everyone: the server hardware upgrade is complete,
but the IT guys will not switch over the static DNS address to the new
machine until tomorrow. The VUWER web page will re-appear as soon as
that happens.
