Need help from overseas internship students

Dear friends,

I need to know that where we have to upload our " Internee Evaluation Form "? 

As on LMS, in assignment section , I only found the place to upload Internship completion certificate.

there is what is given there, but i think its only for local students.

Upon completion of their internship program, students are required to;

§         Submit Internship Completion Certificate in original.

§         Request the Internship Supervisor to send Internee’s Evaluation Form directly to the Course Instructor.

Those students whose Internship Completion Certificates & Evaluation Forms are received as well as accepted by the Documents Evaluation Committee will be allowed to proceed for remaining activities of the course. Only such students may have a chance to be called for presentation & viva voce provided they successfully complete and pass all the rest of activities.

Mehreen,

for overseas students the options is that in which organization you are doing internship send your evaluation form thorugh athunticated email id of organization. you cannot send through your vu mail id. The mail id should be of concerned organization in which u r doing internship. like your supervisor mail id under whom supervision you r doing training.

Thanks Tauqeer,  yes u r right, just now i found policy of vu, which is as follows:

Overseas students are required to ensure that the Internship Supervisor sends the scanned copies of “Internship Completion Certificate” and “Evaluation Form” within due date directly to the Course Instructor through his/her official e-mail account.

I have also saw the tab of Internship Certificate upload in Assignment section.

Moreover The instructor also said me to send these two Evaluation and Completion via TCS on the address in lesson 4.

Please confirm by asking to instructor..

Dear Student;

As you are an overseas student so your supervisor supposed to send
