HRM Presentation & viva Experience on 20 sep in islamabad campus

There were two ladies in panel. after sitting on seat they said me lets start your presentation. First of all I introduce myself and start presentation. During presenting introduction of organization they said me jump to training program. I present my training program and they asked me few questions about training program. Then they said me jump to swot analysis. They asked me question in swot analysis and critical analysis. At the end they asked me What is training? what is development? What is 360 degree feedback? Explain appraisal methods? What is job enrichment? what is job enlargement?

Plz pray for me .
