VU Is not answering my mails while I am Overseas Student!!!

Can anybody help me how to access VU, they never respond to my mails for my Fees issue. I've paid the fees but still is in Balance!!!!!

Mr.akhtar.same issue is with me and my sis.problem is in Vu server.i have also make calls to vu and sent emails but still no response nd m recieving warning msgs..u have to email to this id maste...@vu.edu.pk with attached scanned copy of ur fee voucher nd make calls to VU account department tomorrow to remind them to solve ur fee issue.

Dear Samblina, I've suffering for this probe. I've sent my Receipt Voucher through TCS to VU and also have been sending both the TCS Receipt and the Standard Chartered Receipt Voucher but have still this probe. My brother also called them from pk but they say we will do it. Can you tell me did you solve your problem or till now is the same?

Dear Akhter,

Be patient, I am also an overseas student too.
My fees was cleared after a complete month & within this period several emails were sent to different addresses but no reply.

Upload your scanned voucher in your LMS & also mail it to

Thank for sharing the two IDs and your time. But I've my email sent to the very same IDs many times and am sending time and again but still no reply. I know not how they call it Virtual University. I am like complaining against their System and specially for Overseas. Today I could not attempt my Paper even because I could not be connected to the Server. Alas!

1- Yes they never answered any of my mails even but you be on the safe side by uploading the voucher in your LMS & sending them a copy via email
& why did you TCS it, was it BANK DRAFT or a BANK TRANSFER.

2- In case you face any problem within your upcoming papers immediately send an email to exams_...@vu.edu.pk

The sharer of this email also describes her experience with VU's IT personnel as below.

"This is what i received from them today:

"Dear Student,

According to the issued you faced during the overseas examination demo
testing,

We want to monitor your system; So that you can attempt your papers
without
any difficulty.
Therefore please give us your Team Viewer ID and Password.

Regards,

Exams Support Team
Virtual University of Pakistan"


I provided them with them and and they looked around at the properties
of my computer and after that they had a look at the the control panel
and went thorough the list of the installed programs to make sure that
i had all the required programs and next he asked me questions about
my internet connection.
Also i asked him why the webcam stopped working to which he said it is
very IMP. to note not to end task while attempting the paper! i asked
what about if the system doesn't respond and he was like you need to
ask the examiner before doing that. I told him the whole exam software
hangs up and does not respond to which i didn't understand what he
said but he gave another email address saying that if there is any
problem then overseas students should contact immediately which is:

exams_...@vu.edu.pk

He said that they will be checking it min. by min. in case students
have any problems.


Also since he was not able to find any problem with my system, he
asked me what my net speed was which is 512 kbps to which he said was
fine. He said slow internet was the only reason he could see why a
problem of such sort could be occurring. (by the way he said i should
be using DSL as opposed to Wi Fi to attempt the papers as it can
affect the speed) and that was the only thing he could say.

That was the conversation that i had with the IT personnel from the
Virtual University.

Tomorrow is the first exam. Best of luck to all the students! esp. all
the overseas students with the exam software issues coming up.
Hopefully these exams will be better than the midterms!

Salam,

Well, I clear with VU before sending the Fee of first semester that it is possible for me to submit the fee in Rupees instead of dollars at the current exchange rate and they said yes u can, so I send the money to my brother and he submit the fee in Pak Rupees in the mentioned bank and its done without problem.

Dear Azeem, I did the same that my brother paid money in Standard Chartered and send the Draft to VU through TCS and I uploaded here as well but still  my Fee is  in pending and in balance. I know not whom should we contact directly to solve the probe. Anyhow, Thanks for sharing your views and I'll not give up my level best to finish it up to the roots and be careful to the next. Look Dear Uthman Siddiq, First let me Thank You for your time. 
I TCS it because it was a Bank Draft and VU told me after a long time to Expedite and I did the same, at the same time I've uploaded the Two (Bank Draft & Receipt Voucher) to my LMS even in different picture formates but no answer till now. Even yesterday I've dispatched my mails two times. 

Regarding my exam, I received the msg that "Your system did not respond to the server. Try Again" and down was written "Resume" and thus sometimes my Laptop hanged because of the software I had it installed. I tried on PC but still had the same probe. Can you give me some information if I can reappear for this paper or what have I to do apart from sending mail to the exam_s...@vu.edu.pk I'll be looking forward to hearing you soon. Much Obliged! Dear Akhtar,

Why do you choose the long step to pay your dues, just pay it via bank transfer, upload the voucher or email them & you are done.

Secondly I cannot comment if you would be able to reappear in the missed paper or not. Send an email to
resche...@vu.edu.pk, overse...@vu.edu.pk & don't forget to cc your mail to rec...@vu.edu.pk
Your case can only be strong if you have screen shots for the problem you were facing.


Note: You won't be able to log-in 15 minutes past your paper time because they added an automatic blocking feature in the software.

just send mail to rector as well fee dept along with to registrar...ur prob will inshall b solved...

Dear Uthman Siddiq, Actually I was out of date to pay it and was in hurry to do it so I could not do it from here as it was a long process to send it from here so, I send it to pk to my brother and he paid it there through Standard Chartered. And dear I've uploaded and mailed many times but still I am not done but I hope. Hum sab Umeed se hain :). 
Secondly very thankful to provide me some tips like emails, specially not to forget for CC and I had not the least IDEA to snap the screen otherwise I would have it many. But Let me do it next time if happened again. 
I tried more than six times my Login attempts were 6 and still I could open my Login but I could not be confirmed to be present in paper. I sent email to the Support Team and Overseas Team and to the Rescheduling Team If I can reappear for the paper. Looking forward for their reply what is their say.

Dear Akhter,

Just transfer your money via bank to their account & upload the voucher, this is much easier than making an overdraft & sending it either from abroad or Pakistan to VU.
With due respect, we surely face problems when things are left for the last moment.

I am from UAE, the same problem i have faced, but i have sent scanned copy again and again (almost 7times) to
 
At the end just 4 weeks before i account book updated. Now its ok.
So keep trying sending email to above email addresses again and again.

AOA,

I am also facing the same problem, but I think our fee has been
submitted and accepted by VU because our LMS accounts are working (not
blocked by VU). So need not to worried about, their system might be
in mess these days.
