MKTI619 - MARKETING INTERNSHIP REPORT Discussion.

In the name of Allah who is very beneficent and merciful.

All marketing students of 4th semester who selected internship subject must participate in Marketing INTERNSHIP REPORT.. (questions, answers, discussions etc..)
The objective is to make a combined effort to get through each step of this subject.

 

 

Some important information for internship course, given below..

 

 

Semester Calendar :
-----------------
Last date for submission of original Internship Completion Certificate & Evaluation Form => 29th June  2011
Last date for submission of Internship Report => 13th July. 2011
Presentation & Viva Voce * => Soon after Final Term examination

Submissions
------------

1. Internship completion Certificate: (provided by company, original certificate sent by student to VU Address)

Student require to submit Internship Completion Certificate at the address; Instructor MKTI619, Department of Management Sciences, Virtual University of Pakistan, M.A. Jinnah campus, Defence road off Raiwind road, Lahore. UAN: (042)111-880-880
The Internship Completion Certificate must include following information:
• It must be on original letter head of the organization.
• The issuance date of the letter must be mentioned
• Your date of joining and completion of internship in the organization
• Signed and stamped by the authorized person.
• Name and designation of the person issuing the letter

2. Evaluation Form.pdf (download from Vulms, print hard copy, fill and directl send by supervisor to VU Address)

Virtual University of Pakistan at the address: Instructor MKTI 619 Department of Management Sciences, Virtual University of Pakistan, Defense Road off Raiwind Road, Lahore.
 
3. Internship Report:

Students are required to submit Internship report at the completion of your internship.
submit the soft copy of your internship report to your concerned Instructor through VULMS against the link of Assignment by the due date as per semester calendar.

4. Presentation & viva voce: (after final exams)
Medium: English
Arranged via Web Cam Conferencing,
For only those students who pass the written work.
You are required to defend your work during the viva voce session. Make sure that you should have: Full grasp over your internship report A sound knowledge of your area of specialization.
Students can be called at Lahore for presentation and viva voce. However, the students living in other cities will be scheduled at designated centers near to their residential addresses provided to the university.

Call for presentation & viva-voce will be sent at your VU e-mail ID. It will include date, time and venue of presentation & viva-voce.
and students will also reply to this email for confirmation..

i am doing internship from MCB Bhakkar Branch

Saima: first make a scan copy of original certificate  with the help of scannner and also make a photocopy of oririginal..

• You will paste the scan copy in Internship Report

• You will send Original certificate directly to VU Address by post.

• The photocopy may be used someother time..
