Respected Kafayat Bahi,

Repeat of one subject can add marginal effect on your gpa. suppose if you score 4 out of 4 in that subject.

I don't have exact calculation but as an idea it can be like this
suppose you already passed 22 subjects with GPA of 3.12 then calculation will be like this

22 x 3.12 = 70.18 (already passed subjects with net gpa 3.12)
1 x 4 = 4     ( if you score 4 out of 4 in repeating subject)
70.18+4 = 74.18 /23 = 3.22 (new GPA will be 3.22)
for exact calculation you have to take out the D grade subject and then see what will be your net GPA of 22 subjects
