Please tell me how bank can increase its sale?
how bank can decrease its interest expanse?

If Asset is exit in terms of cash so it is fav or not?

I think, Your and mine viva is on the same day and same venue.... on 20 Oct Mul??? isn't it???

Banks have no sale. Question can be how banks can increase the money from their depoistors... Simply, by increasing interest rate, people will try to invest their money, in other words, deposit it in such banks whose interest rate is higer.
On other hand, we have to decrease interest rate for those who lend money from the banks... So that, more persons take loan and bank be able to earn revenues.

Interest expense for a bank is that expense that a bank has to pay to its account holder against their deposits in banks... Banks can decrease this if bench mark interest rate announced by SBP decreases, or if deposits of account holders decrease....

Net Sales = (mark-up/return/interest earned)
 
Banks should keep reserves to meet their current obligations and rest of cash should be invested in order to increase interest/sales.
