There is no need to write name on the assignment .. only Student ID should be mentioned at the top of the assignment Questions...

i'm going to do internship in Pharmaceutical company.

If you are doing job then you have to choose project. Internship is only for students not doing job. If you want to choose internship then you should not tell VU that I am a job holder. I think, VU will not allow you to choose internship. Because purpose of internship is just to make the students familiar with "field work" and to get experience of working in an organization. If you already have such experience then you should do project.
For further, guidance you can consult your subject instructor on the IDs mentioned by Fuad Hasan.

Thnx umed, actually i had selected internship having thought in my mind that it would be easy for me but when i came to know that its not for me because i m already doing article ship in CA firm, then the selection date was expired.
