Van Everest Fishing Access question?

Has anyone checked out the ice from the Van Everest fishing access at the Milton/Georgia border?

I skated it yesterday. The conditions there are consistent with all the other reports from the inland sea. Halfway between there and heros welcome there's a pressure ridge that had open water yesterday. When going from Van Everest to Sandbar, there's a pressure ridge about a half a mile before you reach Sandbar. 

Georgia boat ramp on the other hand is not good, lots of frozen snow and rubble. 

If you have time for the drive, Holcomb access on isle lamotte is superb ice right now. The good stuff starts right near shore.
