preparing for this Many-core Processors course

As noted on the Welcome page, a basic knowledge of CUDA is a
prerequisite for this course. To this end, we offered an Introduction
to CUDA short course to registered on-site participants in Many-core
Processors in July 2010. If you're coming to the Many-core Processors
course cold, that is, you did not participate in the Introduction to
CUDA course, you are encouraged to review the CUDA course materials as
time permits:
