The jdef files added in 05042b9fe0a34e746ed570ead560ca8f2b4ffbb0 have
(hard-coded) references to 3.0 documentation that used to be on
infiscape.com

Also, that same commit modifies RumbleApp to also demo hat functionality,
and it looks like those parts are reasonably orthogonal. It might be worth
considering to make a new example for the hat devices to keep the examples
easy to follow.

This is resolved for master and for the 3.0 branch.
