Syphon over network

This could be interesting to some people here. Sending syphon from one computer to another (mac only...) to create multiple screen installations (instead of expensive watchout solution...) with couple of mac mini's.

I know the syphon developers were working on something like this a while back, but never saw any results.

I have only 1 computer at this time :) but this movie seems to indicate it works over a local network with little delay.
Very curious if this would work over internet, would be very cool!
