ckEditor saving an empty text

I have a problem - after editing page with ckEditor and pressing "save" or "save and continue" I'm receiving an empty page. HTML source also empty. If I'm press "edit as text" it shows saved text, which has lost before, saving also works without problems. Possibly this problem occurs because russian context language or cyrillic header. I'm using latest and clear vosao 9.14, editing in chrome 24.0.1312.57.

Happens to me to on latest Vosao using English, but cancelling out and reloading the page fixes it.

It's strange, but when I'm created the page with english and russian header, it was shown in content thee with english name, but today it's showing with russian name and saving successfully. Default language was set on Russian. Seems like cache issue.
