Is it possible to use to the Vodpod API to rate or comment on a video?
The goal would be to allow users to visit my website and rate or
comment on a video that is being pulled from my Vodpod account and
displayed on my site, without having to go to Vodpod to do it.

I saw in the API that you can use the API to update a video's title,
description, and tags, but nothing about adding a comment or adding 1
to the thumbs up/thumbs down.
