Hi - I am using ESX Server 3.5 trying to configure RDM with LUN on
SAN, but option is greyed out. Is RDM optional or enabled via license
key? Any thoughts on why its greyed out? I am newbie to VMware and
have some lab servers I am using to try and get familiar with VMware.

After adding the LUN you need to rescan the storage adapters on all
ESX hosts. Once the LUN is available to all hosts in the cluster the
RAW device option should be available.
