Vlerq is a research project which continues to remain very near and  
dear to me. It has gone through countless iterations over the years,  
with occasionally some tangible results in the form of working code.  
I'm still exploring ideas, but I'm finding that the open source  
process isn't really working for this kind of stuff. Therefore,  
instead of keeping everyone needlessly guessing and waiting for more,  
I've decided to call it quits as far as my public OSS role goes.

Apologies to those of you who were hoping for more activity and  
results. Feel free to recycle any of the ideas and code in this  
project for your own purposes.
