NJCL Participant Form (required for all going to CA)

Attached are instructions for how to participate in the NJCL convention this summer at the University of California - Davis, the required participant form, and the Deborah Mason scholarship information.  All individuals traveling to California for the NJCL convention must submit the participant form along with a check for spirit, whether traveling on the VJCL flight or making their own arrangements.  The spirit fee covers all t-shirts and props for the spirit competitions, both of which serve as great commemorative items for the trip. 

Those who would like to share in the VJCL arranged ground transportation between the airport and the university will find information on that as well in the attachment.  Those who are on the VJCL flight should send me a check for both the ground transportation and spirit along with their form (a total of $65, check made out to VJCL). 

All who are arriving on the 26th of July will need to request the extra night at the dorm when they return their packet.  This is the case for those on the VJCL flight. 

Please note that the deadline for submitting your form and check is May 15.  The cost increases to $50 after that date and those who would normally qualify for a Jefferson cup may not receive one if the form arrives late.
