System.IO.IOException at first run

I've just downloaded and unpacked VisualWget Executable binaries v.
2.2.

At first run VW asked if I want to set it as default for IE. I clicked
NO and then appeared this error message.

VisualWget asked "Continue" or "Quit". I clicked on "Continue" and the
program started normally. I've been able to use it without further
problems.

Thank you for reporting this error message. I can not reproduce this
error on my machine. However, I will try to eliminate this error
message by finding the cause or just simply work around the problem.
