Request: Option To Save Settings to .ini File instead of Registry

Hi,

Can you please add an option or perhaps make it only so that settings
are saved to an ini file instead of the registry?

That way this application can be portable. In fact why not provide a
portable version?

PS: For those wondering where it saves its settings it's under this
registry key:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\KhomsanPh\VisualWget\2.0]

[Khomsan Ph.]

Currently, you can run VisualWget as a portable application by
creating an empty file named "VisualWget.cfg" and put it in the same
folder as VisualWget executable. In portable mode, the registry and
the application data folder are not used.
