Downloading Java

Hi,

My boss has VisualWget for downloading certain files he needs for his
website. We use something called Job Assistant which is a java based
file viewing program which allows us to see page files for our
magazine and proof them. Instead of opening up the files in the
java...VisualWget is trying to download them. Is there something my
boss needs to set to stop this from happening?

Hi SteveO,

I imply that you use v2.3 of vwget.
In v2.3 the IE Extension still exists.
The IE Extension will intercept all file download.
And send to vwget.
You can disable the IE Extension from the toolbar.
Please find the green jigsaw icon on the toolbar.
