  • Presidents Report
  • Financial Report
  • Membership Report
  • Adventure Centre report and Chamber of Commerce membership 
  • Exhibits & Showcases Report 
  • Special Events Report 
  • Call for Nominations. All positions available. We need help with website, exhibitions/special events, artwalk, graphics, video, publicity & promo, news letters, bookkeeping, etc. 
  • Announcements: Garden Tour, Canada Day, Foyer Group Show...and more!!!
  • Meeting adjourned
 
Note: After the meeting we will have a Potluck Party!
...so bring two things:
  1. a little nibbly or drink to share
  2. tons of ideas of what you’d like to see with VISUALS moving forward over the next year!
