Hello VistaStartMenu folks.

It's been 2 months, I've seen no further discussion of this problem.
Still happens 2-3 times a week, and it appears to never finish. I've
let it run for 6-8 hours, still pegging the CPU, so I have to kill
it.

I would respectfully request a refund if you can't fix this or tell me
something to try.

I am running the current version.

Thanks, didn't see anything about that in the group but I will give it
a try.

I have then all turned off and it still happens occasionally to me. I
have to kill the process and restart the menu to get it to release the
CPU. This is on an old P4 2.8 GHZ sinfgle processor.

I just had to shut it down again as it was pegging the CPU at 97%. It
is still doing it, Dennis. Any fix for this? I have all search turned
off.

Dang, and I thought maybe the problem was solved since it has not
happened since I turned off search.

Well, it's back. Not on startup, but in the middle of the day after
the systems been up for 8-9 hours. Ran for 30 minutes before I killed
it. So this problem HAS NOT been fixed for me, even after turning off
all search.
