How does one such as my self join this project ? I really see alot of
future in what you guys are doing

That's a great question! We're still answering it, but some ideas
could be:

- if you're a software developer, contribute to an open government
project of your choice
- find others in your area who are also interested in open government
data, and get together to start a project
- if you're not in one of the Canadian cities with an open data
initiative get some people together to visit your representative to
politely find out why not

One of the things I'd like to do with the VisibleGovernment.ca website
is put together a volunteer registry so that people can enter their
skills, location, and particular areas of interest, and use it to find
each other.
