Impressive demo - how can I, at least, get a "working" beta version.

Hi,

Had come across Virtual Ant some time back in May-07
Had downloaded the then available beta copy -- but then got tied up in
other work and could not return to Virtual Ant till date.

The web site now says "Beta expired" but it can still be download.
A comparison showed it is the same copy that I had downloaded in May
but when installed gives a "Beta expired" and terminates.

Thinking the date is hard coded into the software even attempted
execution by back-dating my system but no success.
Is their anyway to get a working version?
Beta version will also be fine -- the demo is really impressive and
promising.

we are so near to final release it would be almost redundant to take
out another beta ;)

What is the tentative date of the final release?

I agree making a fresh beta release would be redundant.
but in the interim is it simply not possible to execute the "currently
available" beta version? (by back-dating or something similar)

Hi,
I am not committing to any dates at the moment other than saying
very , very soon.

As it turns out we screwed up the beta a little. You would be better
off going straight to the final version.
