Zach, I've got a presentation on using lambda usage that I can give if you like.  It's not particularly refined like some of the others you've had on - I've only given it once to our usergroup and will be giving it again tomorrow to the Baton Rouge one tomorrow - but I can do it if you need to pull someone in.  I'd prefer some time in December but its ready to go if you need someone for November 25th...

Also, have you seen the NotAtPDC site?  They seem to have involuntarily created a list of recruiting targets for you - all people who don't mind giving some of their time to give a virtual talk.  Some pretty impressive names and topics in there too.
