So how do use the Find My iPhone on say my iPad. I don't see an app for that
on there. I just see that option in settings to enable Find my iPhone.

HEllo, I am sorry, I am not sure how to do this from a windows machine, I
can do it from one of my other iDevices. If you have the ability to get to
another iPod/iPad/iPhone, you can use the Find my iPhone/iPad/iPod app that
Apple has made for this ability. You would just log-in with your iCloud.com
info and you could restrict access or erase your phone or even use the GPS
to find your phone.
