Hey Mark, the way that I fixed this issue is unplugging the router for 30 secs, or so. Then all was well. It happened one other time where I had to unplug both the modem and the router for a few minutes.

The only solution I found was to unplug the router and plug it back in. then the phone will connect. sometimes this will happend about once or twice a day.
