Hi, I highly recommend you buy the app if you are interested, regardless of crashes reports or not. It crashes more for some and not as much for others. I got the newly updated version yesterday and initially it still crashed the first 2 times I used it, but after I rebooted my phone and tried it again, things were better. It's still seems to slow down the iPhone when normalization is enabled, but I believe the developer said this might be a side-effect of using Voice Over. Whether this can be addressed or not is a different issue. So, if normalizing the volume isn't a big issue, then you can still take advantage of the other features this app has to offer.
