But, as you know, it isn't always accurate. I'd recommend either
generating data in the old plain text format or using

viper.api.impl.XmlSerializer.t oWriter(viperData, java.io.PrintWriter
(java.io.FileWriter('yourfile. xml')))

Hi,

I have managed to get ViPER-GT data into Matlab. (Thank you again
David.) Now I want to figure out how to do two things 1) export my own
data from Matlab in ViPER xml format and 2) call methods from ViPER-PE
while still in Matlab.

Exporting my results in ViPER xml format means I can use ViPER-PE

progress in importing ViPER data into Matlab. However, I am
stuck again. I hope that you, or somone, can assist.

From the scripting viper documentation, to load a file, you'll have to
do something like this:

-- first, import the necessary classes.. I might be missing a few.

import java.io.*
import javax.xml.*
import viper.api.*

Matlab supports native access to java, so you should be able to point
your copy of matlab to load all of the .jar files in the viper-light
distribution and access them that way. For an overview of how to add

It seems to be a change in the way ImageIO, the java api that is being
used, handles input streams. It closes them now. I'll add the fix to
the queue.

Looking at the related code, it also won't load files with special
characters & spaces in the names, so I tried to fix that, as well.

Dear All,

I am having trouble with ‘add directory as a single file.’ I can
import single images, PNG and BMP, with ‘add media file’ but not the
directory with ‘add directory as a single file.’ I have only been
able to get it to work with jpegs.

Thank you for your quick response. Unfortunately, your suggestion has
not worked, however, using this as inspiration, I deleted the
TRACKING_EVALUATION and it now runs. Thank you.

The TRACKING_EVALUATION section I deleted was:
