    Why did the ViPER-PE manual no example or image?I did not the PE
    I need usage of ViPER-PE in serval days. It's my big question.I
hope someone contact me and answer the question in hurry.I will thank
you very much. ViPER-GT is good ,I can used it for my experiment and
marked,but can not use  ViPER-PE.

Mostly because there wasn't as much funding for pe as there was for
gt. :-)
However, there was a reasonable example in the PETS paper:

I think that uses the old (.gtf) file format, not the newer, xml
format (xgtf).

Did you have specific problems?
