Hi Bill, that is the way it has to be on that server - I think it is a Windows server - it will not accept more than one period in a file name!!!

Hello,

What is the 'x86' imbedded in some of the file names? Other names have 'x64' which I assume is 64 bit.

I assume it refers to the X86 architecture, i.e. 32-bit implementation of the Intel 8086 architecture

I forgot to include the following link in my previous post http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/X86 which is the wikipedia page for X86.

That naming convention for the architecture (x386, x64, ...) anfd the file name convention is also used in naming software packages thart get installed with 'apt-get' or debian binary packages.

The X86 refers to Intel 32bit chips e.g. i386, i486, i586 and i686 - the X64 refers to AMD 64bit chip and Intel chips that support 64bit systems e.g. i3, i5 and i7.
